Allari Naresh’s brand new laughter riot Brother of Bommali has hit the theatres today. B Chinni has directed this hilarious entertainer. Karthika is seen as Allari Naresh’s sister role in the movie. Monal Gujjar is cast opposite Naresh. Ammiraju Kasupalli is producing the movie under the Sirisiri Cinema banner.
Ramki (Allari Naresh) and Lucky (Karthika) are twins but completely different by nature. At one hand Ramki is a very fun loving person and on the other hand Lucky is very ferocious and daring. Ramki falls in love with her colleague Shruthi (Monal Gajjar) and wants to get married to her. Ramki’s father clearly mentions that he should get her sister married first and then only Ramki should think of his marriage then. Lucky cancels all the matches his brother gets and in turn bashes them properly. Finally Lucky reveals that she wants to marry IAS officer (Harshavardhan Rane) who she is deeply in love with. Ramki gets a shock when he finds out that the IAS officer is getting married to someone else. The rest of the story forms about how Ramki finds a solution this problem.
Ramki and Karthika brother – sister track is quite interesting. The rest of the screenplay is usual comedy. Vennela Kishore and Sreenivas Reddy roles are quite hilarious.
The story and screenplay is usual routine and same old routine comedy tracks. Chinni Krishna’s direction and witty dialogues and one liner deserve a special mention.
Overall, Brother of Bommali is a onetime watch. Allari Naresh and Karthika’s performances add value to the movie.
