Bharani Movie review
An all-round mass entertainer
Bharani is an entertainer all the way. Director Hari has done a good job in transforming the script seamlessly and believably on celluloid.
Bharani is about a young man Bharani (Vishal) who has lost his father a young age. He moves to his uncle's place with his mother. The hero has great respect for his uncle and takes on anyone who criticizes his uncle.
Salt Seenu has two rivals: Veera Naidu (Nazar) and Sakuntala (Nadiya), daughter of Appala Naidu. They want to bring Bharani into their fold but do not succeed.
Bharani meets Bhanu and the latter falls in love with him. However, Bharani suspects this to a plot of the Naidus, and does not reciprocate her love.
Appala Naidu and Veera Naidu are one day arrested by the Coast Guard and charged with prostitution. This irks them no end; the usual predictable fight follows, with predictable results.
The hero comes to know that Sakuntala, wife of Salt Seenu, is none other than his aunt, who was separated from her husband. He vows to unite them. But the Naidus have other ideas. They try to marry off Sakuntala so that they can humiliate Salt Seenu. The hero rescues his aunt and makes her realize her mistake. Vishal kills a follower of Naidus in the fight and goes to jail. The film ends with the hero returning from jail, Appala Naidu realizing his folly and appreciating the sacrifice of the hero and they all unite.
The film will appeal to all sections of audiences. It has everything one looks for in a film. Action, entertainment, emotion, sentiment, suspense, fights, music, the film is good in all the departments. The music is especially very catchy. Vishal, Prabhu, Nazar and Nadiya give a very good performances. The dialogues with local flavour add to the film which is the dubbed version of the Tamil film Tamara Bharani.
The film is sure to be well received by the audience. .
