After Varisu's enormous box office success, which according to the film's production company Sri Venkateswara Creations, exceeded 300 crores, producer Dil Raju is now producing Ram Charan's untitled RC15. Shankar, the legendary filmmaker is directing the film alongside his Indian 2 starring Kamal Haasan, and will be his first venture to be released in theatres in four years, following his 2. O, with Superstar Rajinikanth. Kiara Advani, who plays the female lead in RC15, has now received a special surprise from Ram Charan and the film's crew on the occasion of her marriage to Sidharth Malhotra last week. The cast and crew came together to congratulate the newlyweds among whom included actor Ram Charan, director Shankar, producer Dil Raju, and other members. In the video, the team can be heard saying, "Wishing Kiara and Sidharth a happy married life."

Kiara Advani shared the special surprise from her RC15 team on her Instagram story. The actress responded in her Instagram story, "This is the sweetest surprise for us. Feeling the love. Thank you soo much. Lots and lots of love to you guys." She added emojis of hearts and tears to the caption and tagged Shankar, Ram Charan, and Dil Raju. Kiara wasn't present when the RC15 team in Kurnool shot the special surprise during the most recent schedule.
RC15's cast includes Ram Charan, Kiara Advani, S. J. Suryah, Anjali, Jayaram, Samuthirakani, and others. They started with the working title of RC15 because it's Ram Charan's 15th film in his career while it is also known as SVC50 as it is also Sri Venkateswara Creations' 50th production. Thaman S composed the soundtrack and score for the movie, marking his third collaboration with Ram Charan following his work on Naayak and Bruce Lee.
