The first look of Tollywood hero Ram Charan's debut Bollywood film Zanjeer, in which he plays a cop, is already creating waves. Apoorva Lakhia is the director, while Reliance Entertainment, Adai Mehra Productions and Flying Turtles are the producers.
A remake of 1973 blockbuster in the same title, starring Amitabh Bachchan, this high voltage action entertainer will hit screens on April 12. Priyanka Chopra is the heroine. The role of Sher Khan, originally played by veteran actor Pran, will be essayed by Sanjay Dutt while Sonu Sood will do the same role in the Telugu version.
