The buzz is that actor Ram Charan and director Harish Shankar would soon team up to work on the modern version of megastar Chiranjeevi's yesteryear blockbuster film Khadi.
Thandra Ramesh recently bagged the remake rights and has approached Ram Charan and Harish Shankar for which both seems to have given nod. However, an official confirmation is awaited. The original version was directed by Kodanda Rami Reddy with Madhavi and Sumalatha in the female lead.
