Baahubali star Prabhas was last seen in the multilingual magnum opus Saaho, which failed to leave a mark on the audience. He will be looking forward for a strong comeback through his next film which has begun today (January 17). Yes, Prabhas has started to shoot for his untitled next Telugu film from today and the official announcement has been made by the makers. This film will be directed by Radha Krishna who has earlier made Jil (2015) with Gopichand. After sharing screen space with Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun in Maharshi and Ala Vaikkunthapurramulo respectively, the happening Pooja Hegde will be acting alongside Prabhas in this film.

The makers have erected huge sets at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad and the first leg of shooting is expected to happen there. Like Saaho, this film is also said to be made as a trilingual in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi, while it will be dubbed and released in other languages. On the technical front, the film has cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa, editing by Sreekar Prasad and production design by Ravindra. Details about the music director are not yet known and we can expect an announcement in the coming days.

This film is produced by Vamsi and Pramod under the banner of UV Creations, in association with Sri Krishnam Raju’s Gopi Krishna Movies. Prabhas also took to his social media space to share this update for his fans. Rumours are rife on social media that this film is titled as Jaan, but the makers have clarified that the film is yet to be titled.
