All the four South Indian film industries have planned to come together to hold a gala event to commemorate the completion of 100 years of Indian Cinema. This grand event will be held in Chennai on September 21, 22, 23 and a grand finale on Sept 24. The chief ministers of all the four states (including J. Jayalalithaa) are expected to be graced for this event.
Indian President Pranab Mukherjee and Amitabh Bachchan are expected to be the Chief Guest for this prestigious event!
All the leading stars like Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Jayam Ravi, Trisha and many others have come forward readily to be a part of or to perform in the Centenary Celebration of Indian Cinema. As a part of the celebrations, many old classical films of southern languages will be screens at the Sathyam Cinemas.
