Tamil-Telugu actress Hansika has been roped in to reprise Nithya Menen's role in the Tamil remake of successful Nitin-Nithya starrer Ishq.
Yesteryear actress and politician Jayapradha's nephew Siddharth will play the hero in the Tamil edition, which is expected to go on floors in October.
A. Rajasekhar, who earlier made Vishal starrer Sathyam (Salute in Telugu), will be the director. It is noteworthy that Ishq's Hindi remake is also on cards and it will be launched later this year.
