Filmfare awards ceremony on July 2
The 58th Filmfare Awards 2010 (South) will be presented at the awards ceremony to be held at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre at Madhapur on July 2. These prestigious awards are given as recognition of talent in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada films.
Young Telugu actor Ram Charan Tej, who held a press conference to announce about the awards ceremony on Friday, described the Filmfare awards as the 'most genuine and prestigious film awards in the country'.
Besides Ram Charan Teja, Worldwide Media chief executive officer Tarun Rai and Idea Cellular chief operating officer (Andhra Pradesh) B. Ramakrishna spoke. The nominations for the 58th Idea Filmfare Awards 2010 (South) were announced in Chennai on May 31.
