September seems to be a month of surprises for Tollywood. A lot of small budget movies that have been in the making for quite some time are ready to release, and they are not afraid to fight it out amongst themselves. With the Telangana agitations hampering the release of the big budget and big star movies, these small movies have the whole playing field to themselves!
