Watching movies just got dearer
The Producers' Council will soon meet Chief Minister Y.S. Reddy and urge him to allow theatre owners to increase the admission price by Rs. 5. The hike will be applicable only to the first class. The Council had earlier urged the CM to allow owners of cinema halls to hike the price of tickets for the first two weeks. The hike has now been withdrawn. Tammareddy Bharadwaja said that the move was being made to protect producers, both big and small.
