Viswasam featured Thala Ajith and Nayanthara in the lead with Jagapathi Babu, Anikha, Vivek, Robo Shankar, Thambi Ramaiah and others playing important roles. The film directed by Siva had music composed by D Imman was bankrolled by Sathya Jyothi Films and distributed by KJR Studios.
