With preparations already underway for a massive Pongal 2019 release, expectations for ‘Thala’ Ajith’s Viswasam is at an all-time high now and is set to scale further heights as the film’s release nears. A Siva directorial produced under the Sathya Jyothi Films banner with smash hit music by D. Imman, the rural action entertainer also includes Nayanthara as the female lead, Vivek, Kovai Sarala, Yogi Babu, Robo Shankar, Thambi Ramaiah, Bose Venkat, Ramesh Thilak and Jagapati Babu, whose role is yet to be revealed.

One of the most trending topics about Viswasam has been the film’s songs composed by D. Imman, who is now basking in the success of the huge response from fans. That said, popular Tamil singer and Kalaimamani award winner Srinivas took to Twitter to convey his opinion on the song of the year saying his personal favorite was “Mazhai Kuruvi” from Chekka Chivantha Vaanam and that the “Kannaana Kanney” song in the upcoming Ajith and Nayanthara starrer came close to being his choice for the number one track while showering praises on Imman for the composition and singer Sid Sriram for the rendition. 

Meanwhile, Ajith fans are now eagerly awaiting the Viswasam teaser, which is expected to be released in the next few days.
