Vinay's Mirattal, directed by R. Madhesh is been released in more than 300 screens today. Due to lack of hit movies and Santhaanam's screen presence, the theatre owners are very confident that the film will hit the bulls eye. Recently the Censor officials awarded an U certificate for the film.
The film is the remake of Telugu blockbuster Dhee, which had Vishnu and Genelia in lead roles. Also in the star cast are Sharmila Mandre, Santhanam, Prabhu, Pandiarajan, Bosskey, Ganja Karuppu, Pradeep Rawat, and Uma Padmanaban. Pravin Mani is the music director and Kannan is the cinematographer.
