Chennai 28 actress Vijayalakshmi's mother and veteran director Agathiyan’s wife Radha Agathiyan (68) passed away following a cardiac arrest in Chennai today. She is survived by her husband and three daughters Kathikga, Vijayalakshmi and Niranjani.
