Manikandan, National Award Winning Director of the children's film Kaaka Muttai teams up with one of Kollywood's most versatile heroes Vijay Sethupathi. The excited actor was impressed with Manikandan's script and immediately gave the nod. But as the actor is currently busy with many other projects, the shooting of the film will possibly be in the month of December.

Produced by G. N. Anbu Chezhiyan of Gopuram Films the film is touted to be on a very light subject which will be set in the backdrop of Chennai. Meanwhile, Manikandan's upcoming project with Vidharth and Pooja Devariya, titled as Kutrame Thandanai is progressing at jet speed.
