One of the busiest stars in the film circuit today, actor Vijay Sethupathi has his hands full for the entire year with multiple projects.

The 'Makkal Selvan' is at present working in nearly nine films and looking at the speed at which he is rolling, we can expect him to sign on to more new films in the coming months.

Meanwhile, amidst his busy schedule, Vijay Sethupathi had taken some time off to step forward for composer Yuvan Shankar Raja to sing a song in the upcoming film, Pei Pasi.

Nalan Kumarasamy’s former associate Shrinivas Kavinayam makes his directorial debut with Pei Pasi, which is being produced under the Rise East Creations and Merloam Entertainment banners.

In the meantime, Yuvan took to Twitter to announce that Vijay Sethupathi has sung a song in Pei Pasi, which will launch the composer’s cousin Hari Baskar as the hero along with Namitha and Amirtha Iyer as the female leads followed by Soodhu Kavvum fame Karna in a vital role.

It must be noted Vijay Sethupathi has indeed sung thrice before in his career so far and the song in Pei Pasi will mark the fourth occasion he is lending his voice for a song.

Vijay Sethupathi, who is currently filming for Mani Ratnam’s Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, had first sung two songs in his Orange Mittai.

Furthermore, the Junga star had crooned a track in Aishwarya Rajesh’s Hello Naan Pei Pesuren.

Incidentally, this is also the fourth time Yuvan Shankar and Vijay Sethupathi are collaborating after Dharmadurai and the upcoming Super Deluxe and the long-delayed Idam Porul Yaeval

This latest development will no doubt leave both Vijay Sethupathi and Yuvan Shankar Raja’s fans quite happy.
