To hype up Vijay Sethupathi milestone 25th film, Seethakaathi, the team had planned to unveil a wax statue for Vijay Sethupathi of his 75-year-old character called Ayya in the movie.
As planned, veteran director and actor Mahendran who is also a part of the movie unveiled the wax statue at Chennai's popular Express Avenue Mall in Royepettah on Sunday. The pictures of the statue have gone viral on social media.
Seethakathi directed by Naduvula Konjo Pakatha Kanom fame Balaji Tharaneetharan and the venture has Gayathrie Shankar, Mouli and Parvati Nair playing key roles. 96 fame Govind Vasanth has composed the music for Seethakathi. The movie is set to hit the screens on December 20th.
