Thalapathy Vijay visited Marina on Monday morning to pay his last respect to the deceased DMK Chief and former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Dr. M Karunanidhi. Dr. Karunanidhi passed away on 7, August at the Kauvery hospital in Alwarpet.
Vijay was unable to attend the funeral of Dr. Kalaignar as he was in the USA for a song shoot for his upcoming movie Sarkar.
Tamil Nadu Nadigar Sangam has planned for homage for Dr. Karunanidhi on 14 August and all the stars are expected to attend the event.
