All set for a thunderous opening in October with Dhanush in the lead role produced under the Wunderbar Films banner and distributed by Lyca Productions is Vetrimaaran’s long-awaited Vada Chennai.
A gangster action drama, Vada Chennai features an ensemble cast with names like Aishwarya Rajesh, Andrea, Samuthirakani, Ameer, Daniel Balaji, Kishore, Pawan among others with music by Santhosh Narayanan.
That said, Vada Chennai is all set for its world premiere in China at the second Pingyao Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon International Film Festival.
The Dhanush starrer will be premiered in the Gala section of the PYIFF to be held from October 11 to 20 in the ancient city of Pingyao in Shanxi province of China.
This will no doubt come as a major boost for the Vada Chennai team ahead of the film's theatrical release in the next few days after its international premiere.
