Trisha tasted massive success last year with a memorable performance in the smash hit romantic drama, 96, opposite ‘Makkal Selvan’ Vijay Sethupathi and subsequently kicked off 2019 on a stellar note by playing the role of ‘Superstar’ Rajinikanth’s wife in the blockbuster, Petta.
Fans will know that Trisha's upcoming films in various stages of development are Garjanai, Sathuranga Vettai 2, 1818, Paramapadham Vilayattu, Raangi and an untitled project with Simran.
Among the various projects, her Raangi has quite a lot of excitement riding on it as it is being produced by Lyca Productions with the story written by blockbuster director A. R. Murugadoss.
Being directed by Engaeyum Eppothum fame M. Saravanan who has also penned the screenplay for Raangi, the upcoming action thriller includes C. Sathya scoring the music with K. A. Sakthivel handling the cinematography, M. Subarak taking care of the editing and S. S. Murthy for the art direction.
With the film’s production still progressing at a steady pace, the Raangi first look poster has now been unveiled and can be seen below which shows Trisha getting arrested and giving us a hint that the plot will be heavily centered on an incident that goes awry for her.
