As a Vinayaga Chathurthi treat, the makers of Kamal Haasan's much.awaited Thoongaavanam's thrilling trailer was released a few minutes ago. The fast paced trailer gives the viewers a glimpse of the leading characters - Kamal Haasan, Trisha, Prakash Raj, Kishore and Sampath Raj. Interestingly, the 1 minute 36 seconds trailer is packed with thrills giving us a sample of the classic performance of the central characters of the film and its exciting plot.

Thoongaavanam which is the official remake of a French movie titled Sleepless Night is written by Kamal Haasan himself and directed by Rajesh M. Selva, a former associate of Kamal. Music of the film is composed by M. Ghibran. With the camera work by Sanu Varughese, the film has cuts done by Shan Mohammed. Produced by Raaj Kamal Films International in association with Sri Gokulam Movies, the film is eyeing for a Diwali release.
