Raghava Lawrence has wrapped up the shoot of upcoming action entertainer Motta Siva Ketta Siva long time back but the film hasn't made it to theatres yet. We now hear that the actor along with the producer has filed a complaint with Police Commissioner stating that some people are preventing the film from making it to screens. Bankrolled by RB Choudhary, the film is directed by Sai Ramani. Nikki Galrani plays the female lead.
