Announced last month amidst massive expectations, Thalapathy 63 starring Vijay and Nayanthara under Atlee’s direction was officially launched by AGS Entertainment. Touted to be a sports film, Academy Award-winning composer A. R. Rahman will be scoring the music for this Diwali 2019 release, which also includes Vivek and Indhuja in vital supporting roles.
With production reportedly planned to kick-off from January 2019, AGS Cinemas CEO Archana Kalpathi took to her Instagram page to reveal that she along with director Atlee and cinematographer GK Vishnu are at present at Los Angeles in California, USA. Based on the update, we can believe this could be part of the recce work for Vijay 63 to finalize one of the many locations the team has planned to shoot once production flags off.
There is much hype surrounding Thalapathy 63 already as it marks Vijay’s coming together for the third consecutive time with A. R. Rahman after their previous Mersal and Sarkar as well as the third time association between the superstar and Atlee.
