Director Vijay who is known for his classy movies, has embarked on a journey to reach the masses and with Vijay at the masthead, the masses will come to you! “When we first met, Vijay said that Thalaivaa should not be his movie or my movie, but our movie. Coming from a star like him, those words were enough encouragement to keep me motivated all through the making of the movie,” director Vijay said to Galatta Cinema.
