Thalai Ezhuthu: One title, two movies

In Kollywood,�we now have two films with the same title Thalai Ezhuthu! One is produced by Zakhir Hussain and the nother by Richard Raj. Now this a rare occurrence which has surprised everyone in Kollywood. In fact, this is as rare and surprising as the birth of "Siamese twins". No producer or director would prefer to share his title with a contemporary film. But Zakhir and Richard seem to have no qualms about it!�This is quite surprising, seeing that in Kollywood people take film titles�very seriously and are ready even to litigate over titles!

Zakhir Hussain produces Thalai Ezhuthu under the banner of Mehra Movies starring newcomers Prajin and Siddhika. Sundar Bharathy directs this film and music is composed by V.S. Rajapadhman.

Richard Raj produces and acts in Thalai Ezhuthu. Its heroine is Pooja Gandhi, who is also acting in Thiruvannamalai opposite Arjun. The film is directed by�Ethiraj, a newcomer.
