One of the biggest stars in the Tamil film industry, actor Suriya has cemented himself to be an A-lister over the past few years starring in a number of hit films.

His first film of 2018, the heist comedy Thaanaa Serndha Koottam, has turned out to be a hit at the box office as well as getting positive reviews from critics everywhere.

Suriya is at present working in ace filmmaker Selvaraghavan’s NGK alongside Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh under the Dream Warrior Pictures banner featuring a musical score by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

The talented performer will soon begin work on director KV Anand’s next, Suriya 37, to be produced under the Lyca Productions banner and the film will most likely be coming out sometime around the middle of 2019.

Meanwhile, reports have now surfaced stating Suriya will once again collaborate with director Hari for a sixth time after their previous, Si 3, the third installment in the hit Singam franchise came out last year.

It is being reported this project is not going to be set in the Singam universe, but will be a whole new story.

As known already, Hari is at present hard at work looking to wrap up production on his Saamy Square with 'Chiyaan' Vikram and Keerthy Suresh, the sequel to the 2003 blockbuster, Saamy.

Apparently, the next Suriya-Hari project could get an announcement once both of them complete work on their upcoming projects. How the popular actor will prioritize if a project with the director is indeed a go remains to be seen.

It must be noted Suriya is also said to be in talks with Irudhi Suttru director Sudha Kongara for a film too.
