The two times Gautham Menon and Suriya collaborated churned out magical results.

GVM and Suriya first teamed up in 2003 for the gritty action-packed Kaakha Kaakha, which saw the latter don the khakhi leading to spectacular results at the box office.

The combo were back once again after 5 years later in 2008 in Vaaranam Aayiram with the film going on to achieve blockbuster status.

Although Suriya and Gautham were initially going to do Dhruva Natchathiram, which went on to be dropped and later resurrected with 'Chiyaan' Vikram in production now, their partnership back in the day for the film did make the industry sit down for a moment.

Fast forward to 2018 and they are back to joining hands once again. Although not for a full-length venture as yet, it has now been announced Suriya will be releasing 'Ulaviravu' - the second independent single track from the Ondraga Originals feature tomorrow on the occasion of Valentine’s Day at 10AM. The track has been sung and composed by singer Karthik with lyrics by Madhan Karky and will be featured on rising Malayalam star and Maari 2's antagonist Tovino Thomas and popular television personality Dhivyadarshini.

Suriya and GVM joining hands for the Ondraga Originals feature gives us hope the two will once again come together for a film in the near future.
