A mighty busy star, Suriya is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated action political drama film, NGK, coming out this month followed by the action thriller, Kaappaan, under KV Anand’s direction in August.
The charming actor is at present working with director Sudha Kongara on Soorarai Pottru while also being announced not long back to be a part of director Siva’s next film, Suriya 39, being produced by Studio Green.
Meanwhile, with NGK coming out on May 31, promotions for the Selvaraghavan directorial featuring Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh as the female leads with chartbuster music by Yuvan Shankar Raja is being carried out extensively.
With less than 2 weeks for the film’s release, the star of NGK, Suriya took to his Twitter page to engage in a chat session with his fans. During his interaction, he was queried on whether he would direct any films in the future to which he replied saying, "I don’t see myself as a director, but I do have a lot of respect especially for Prithviraj, who recently made his directorial debut, Lucifer, with Mohanlal sir as the hero. It was an amazing experience and lovely altogether. Be it the camera work or the way Prithviraj presented Mohanlal sir, the entire experience was fantastic."
