Earlier, it was announced that Suriya and Gautham Menon would be working in a movie called Dhruva Natchathiram. Then the project was getting delayed, and the movie didn't take off... Recently, Suriya released a statement that he had waited enough and as the project was still not moving on, he was moving out of it. The latest is that, Suriya has revealed that he would work again with his Vaaranam Aayiram director. Though he did not mention Gautham Menon by name, it was evident that he was talking about him only. Suriya added that he had not split with the director for ever, and would be coming back with a stunning project together, next year. Meanwhile, Suriya has started work on his upcoming movie with Lingusamy, for which a test shoot happened recently, using the latest Red Dragon technology. This project will begin it's regular shooting on November 15 and is scheduled for a May 2014 release. The movie will have Samantha playing Suriya's love interest, under Thirrupathi Brothers' production. Santosh Sivan will handle the camera for this project, which will have music by Yuvan.
