As known already, actor Suriya during the promotions of his Thaanaa Serndha Koottam last month revealed he would be teaming up with director K. V. Anand once again.
Tentatively being called Suriya 37 at this point, the project will see Suriya and K. V. Anand join hands again for the third time for which iconic Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan is also being rumored for an important role.
The last time the two worked together in a film was in Maattrraan in 2012.
Prior to that, the combo delivered one of the biggest hits in the form of Ayan in 2009.
That being said, reports have now surfaced stating production house Lyca Productions might produce Suriya 37. It must be noted that Lyca Productions have established themselves to be a powerhouse production unit in recent years with their upcoming film 2.0 starring Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson being a testimony to the fact.
Lyca ventured into film production with the Vijay starrer Kaththi, which went on to become the biggest blockbuster of 2014.
Their next film lined up for release is the Sai Pallavi drama, Karu, which will hit screens on February 23.
In addition, they have another biggie they are co-producing - Kamal Haasan’s Sabaash Naidu.
Kolamavu Kokila aka. CoCo starring 'Lady Superstar' Nayanthara is also one of their production ventures that’s nearing its final stages.
