From the moment of its announcement, 'Superstar' Rajinikanth’s Kaala has created massive curiosity among fans.

With the film’s teaser released a while back, the excitement surrounding the film directed by Pa. Ranjith under Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films banner shot up as expected.

Initially announced for a theatrical release on April 27, fans have been waiting with bated breath on whether the film would ever come out as originally intended.

With the ongoing Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC) strike not yet resolved, there has been much debate on whether Kaala would get postponed.

And, it looks like the film's release has now been shifted to a completely new and different date as per latest reports. Apparently, Kaala is now being planned for a Ramzan release in June with the film’s audio composed by Santhosh Narayanan expected to be launched as soon as the TFPC strike comes to an end.

Kaala has a massive acting talent starting with Bollywood actors Nana Patekar as the antagonist, Huma Qureshi as the female lead alongside Shayaji Shinde, Anjali Patil, Pankaj Tripathi, Ravi Kale, Sakshi Agarwal followed by Samuthirakani, Easwari Rao, Aravind Akash, Sukanya among others in vital supporting roles.
