One of the most exciting projects, Maanadu, will see STR in the lead role to be produced by Suresh Kamatchi’s V House Productions under Venkat Prabhu’s direction.
Touted to be a political entertainer, Maanadu has been in the news ever since it was announced last year as it marks the first-time collaboration between Venkat Prabhu and Simbu, which fans have been wanting to witness for a long time.
With filming announced to go on floors from May by producer Suresh Kamatchi during an exclusive telephonic conversation with Galatta, it was revealed officially yesterday (29.03.2019) that actress Kalyani Priyadarshan will be seen in the female lead role opposite STR in Maanadu.
Meanwhile, Kalyani Priyadarshan took to her Twitter page to express her joy saying she can hardly wait to bring the film’s script to life with director Venkat Prabhu too acknowledging her coming on board the film.
As of now, Simbu is at present in London working on his fitness for a new look transformation and production will begin from May with plans most likely for a 2020release.
Let’s now wait to witness STR in his Maanadu.
