STR’s latest release Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven opened up on a fair note at the box office and the CCV actor will next be seen in Maanaadu, directed by Venkat Prabhu.


Meanwhile, STR is celebrating his 36th birthday today, (February 3) and it looks like there was a party organized for his friends and well-wishers in the industry. A special birthday cake was cut by STR in the presence of actors Dhanush, Jayam Ravi, Harish Kalyan, music director Yuvan Shankar Raja and others. Many other notable stars were also present in the party. The cake cutting video was shared by YSR on his official social media page which is circulating on the web, being shared by the actor's fans.


We know Dhanush and STR share a good rapport offscreen and it is reflected through events like these. Despite being considered as rivals in the Kollywood market, they prove the haters wrong and show their beautiful friendship.
