Few days back, we had reported Academy Award-winning filmmaker Danny Boyle was being eyed to direct the next James Bond film tentatively being called Bond 25.
Danny Boyle will be known to Indian fans for directing Slumdog Millionaire, which eventually went on to become a global phenomenon.
Earlier this week, we reported a screenplay for Bond 25 being developed by John Hodge was awaiting an approval from MGM producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson.
That being said, it has now been confirmed that Danny Boyle is indeed going to helm Bond 25, which will also see actor Daniel Craig appearing as the suave British Intelligence Spy for the fifth time.
As of now, the next film in the 007 James Bond franchise has been announced for a November 8, 2019 release.
Fans will no doubt be ecstatic over Danny Boyle coming on board considering he has proven to be one of the best living filmmakers of the modern generation.
