Actor Simbu has been announced to be part of Mani Ratnam’s upcoming multi-starrer which includes Jyothika, Vijay Sethupathi, Arvind Swami and Aishwarya Rajesh.
STR is also working on the music for Oviya’s next film being helmed by Kulir 100° director Anita Udeep for which the 'Marana Matta' song has turned out to become a chart-buster.
In the midst of these, reports now state Simbu is holding discussions with director Saran for a film.
Saran is renowned for big hits with Ajith such as Kadhal Mannan, Amarkalam and Attahasam.
It must be noted that Saran’s last film Aayirathil Iruvar with Vinay did not turn out to be a success as similar to his last film with Ajith, Asal.
As of now, it is too early to come to a conclusion that a Simbu-Saran team up is going to happen and that it might take some more time to arrive at a decision.
