Actor Vishal is a happy man these days as the response to his latest release, Ayogya, has been largely positive. The star has been choosing his scripts quite carefully of late, which has been quite evident over the past 2 years with his films namely Thupparivalan and Irumbu Thirai excluding the average performer, Sandakozhi 2.
Meanwhile, Vishal had wrapped up a film with Sundar. C alongside Tamannaah as the female lead in Turkey and has joined the shoot of his next project under newcomer Anand’s direction, who served as an associate to filmmaker Ezhil.
The yet-to-be-titled film is not a sequel to Vishal’s Irumbu Thirai as being reported by many others, but a completely new project and has now roped in the up-and-coming actress Shraddha Srinath of Vikram Vedha fame as the female lead. It has been revealed that she will be seen as a police officer in the venture, whose character is expected to have a notable impact on the progression of the story.

Shraddha Srinath is also a part of the highly anticipated ‘Thala’ Ajith starrer, Nerkonda Paarvai, coming out on August 10 under H. Vinoth’s direction and is the official remake of the smash hit Amitabh Bachchan film, Pink, in Hindi.
