Years of friendship and all those praises are not going to help Vishal save his friendship with Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, because the lady is a woman scorned. The Sandakozhi antagonist took to Twitter with a letter essentially cutting ties with him and calling him immature for dragging her father, former Nadigar Sangam president Sarathkumar, into an election campaign video that he had, only hours before, tweeted. "It is sad to see you harp on my father's past when you have not been able to prove squat," wrote Varalakshmi in the letter that runs long. Pointing out that Sarathkumar would have been punished had he been guilty, she goes on to note that many of the Sangam members weren't as impressed with Vishal as they were before.

Vishal has been accused of missing too many meetings and using the Sangam to boost his self-image. There are even burns - not only does she mention his upbringing at a point, but she also concludes saying the entire incident showed that he was a great actor off-screen. So much for Vishal's belief that his childhood friend would be with him lifelong. After having totally called him out, Varu signs off by asking her childhood friend to 'have some class and grow up'.
