Slated to hit screens this Friday on May 18, Seyal directed by Shahjahan fame Ravi Abbulu is a film the filmmaker is making after a 17-year hiatus.
Starring newcomers Rajan Tejeshwar as the protagonist, Chammak Chandra as the antagonist and actress Tarushi as the female lead, the film is set amidst a North Madras backdrop and tells the tale about conflicts between a youngster and a gangster.
That being said, Seyal was given a 'U' certificate by the censor board a while back and is perhaps the biggest advantage working in the film’s favor as it will be an open invite to audiences of all ages.
