There’s no stopping the massive success ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay’s Sarkar is continuing to receive ever since the A. R. Murugadoss directorial hit screens this Diwali. This Sun Pictures production venture also stars Keerthy Suresh, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Pala. Karuppiah, Radha Ravi, Yogi Babu with a power-packed chartbuster musical score by A. R. Rahman.

With Sarkar now declared to be the second ‘Thalapathy’ film to enter the 250 crore club after last year’s blockbuster Mersal, the recently-released action political thriller has now added yet another feather to its cap by getting featured in the list of the Top 40 films in France in the reputed French film magazine, Le Film français, standing in at the 19th position. Furthermore, the distributor has informed our sources that among all the Indian films released this year, Sarkar is the biggest blockbuster of the year in France.

Sarkar is seeing tremendous success on all fronts considering the film was embroiled in several issues leading up to its release and this victory for the entire team couldn’t get any better.
