All set for a grand release this Diwali in November, ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay’s Sarkar directed by A. R. Murugadoss under the Sun Pictures banner has been scaling the popularity charts to sky-reaching levels.
With the “Simtaangaran” track composed by A. R. Rahman already a massive hit with over 10 million+ views on YouTube, the excitement for the political action drama is undoubtedly high.
That said, Sony Music moments back today (September 27) announced they will be official music label for Sarkar making it the biggest announcement of 2018 for the reputed audio label.

It also marks the first occasion that an audio label announcement has come after the first single (Simtaangaran) came out.
All eyes are now set on the Sarkar audio launch scheduled to take place at the Sai Ram Engineering College at Chennai on October 2 with Keerthy Suresh and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar too part of the film’s cast.
