Sarkar Audio Launch: A R. Murugadoss Full Speech
Gearing up for a thunderous opening this Diwali on November 6, ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay’s Sarkar and Keerthy Suresh and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar with music by A. R. Rahman is one of the few films coming out this year amidst massive expectations.
With the Sarkar audio launch at present taking place at the Sai Ram Engineering College at Chennai, the film’s captain, director A. R. Murugadoss’s full speech is now out and as follows:
"This is my third movie with Vijay sir. He exceeded my calculations with his performance in both Thuppakki and Kaththi. I can't reveal much about Vijay sir's character in Sarkar, but I can say one thing - you all will witness the real life Vijay on the big screen. Whatever may be the problem, he will go head on to solve it. For example, we were shooting at Pondicherry and he left for Tuticorin suddenly. Everybody knows he traveled from Pondicherry to Thoothukudi by car and then on bike. But, not many know that he drove from Pondicherry all by himself."
He then went on to speak about A. R. Rahman and the technicians saying, "I feel proud to have my name right next to A. R. Rahman. All the technicians in Sarkar have done exceptional work. I also want to tell the fight scenes in the film will be a feast for fans."
A. R. Murugadoss also went on to speak about the Sarkar teaser when fans began chanting for it saying, "We are targeting Sarkar for a Diwali release and the teaser is now getting ready, which we will announce soon."
When queried on the genre Sarkar falls into, ARM revealed, "It is a political film from bottom of my heart and not just targeting entertainment. When you have a weapon like Vijay sir and Sun TV to take it to everybody, dialogues will be on a whole new level. I want to finish off by saying this Diwali is going to be spectacular for all of us."
