The names of Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Shahrukh Khan were doing the rounds, but now it is heard that Sanjay Dull will produce and do the role of Sarathkumar in the Hindi remake of Kanchana. The female lead is yet to be finalized. There are also reports that the Bollywood version might be made in 3D.
The film is likely to go on floors early next year and a young actor will play the lead role.
