Samiksha inEnglish film
First she was a little depressed when her roles in Rajathi Raja (Raghava Lawrence) and Murattukkalai (Sundar C.) were deleted following some corrections in the script. But now, this has turned into a boon for her. Samiksha, who sizzled inPanchamirtham recently and is acting in Karthigai, has landed a plum role in a Bollywood bilingual (Hindi and English).
The story ofa young Punjabi girl whose profession takes her to Canada, the film showcases her homesickness anddiscomfort in a foreign land. Looks like this film will be Samiksha’s Hindi and English version of Aananda Thaandavam (Tamannaah) which has a similar theme. The film will be extensively shot in Canada with Canadian-Indian actors.Samiksha is now in Canada for a month-long shoot. The beautiful actress said that she is quite happy for having landed a role that gives her a chance to explore her acting skills.
