Vijay Anthony's Saithan release, which was scheduled on Nov 17, has been postponed indefinitely due to rupee demonetization. Now the team has announced Dec 2 as their new release date. Saithan is released by Mahesh Govindaraj of Auraa cinemas.
In the film, Vijay will be playing a software engineer. Directed by debutant Prathi Krishnamurthy, the film has Arundhathi Nair, Chennai-based bike racer Alisha Abdullah and Meera Krishnan in the lead.
