The trailer for ‘Chiyaan’ Vikram’s Saamy Square released earlier this week is now headed to reaching 10 million views on YouTube.
A Hari directorial, Saamy Square being produced under Shibu Thameens’ Thameens Films banner with music by Devi Sri Prasad is one of the hottest films coming out in 2018.
Having said that, production on the sequel to Saamy is nearing the finish line with all talkie portions reportedly now completed.
We had reported few days back the Saamy Square team would be heading to few picturesque locales across Europe to shoot songs featuring Vikram and Keerthy Suresh next.
That being said, few fight sequences and songs will apparently be shot in and around Palani first.
Bobby Simha will be playing the prime antagonist alongside John Vijay and OAK Sundar with all three of them appearing as the sons of Kota Srinivasa Rao, the villain in the 2003 blockbuster.
As for Saamy Square’s release date, it is believed an announcement will be made once filming is completely wrapped up.
