A massive name in the world of filmmaking, Academy Award-nominated director Christopher Nolan has always generated immense curiosity among fans across the globe.

One of the most respected filmmakers, Chris Nolan has delivered critically acclaimed and commercial blockbusters in his illustrious career and is all set to begin production on his next film under the Warner Bros. banner with plans for a worldwide release on July 17, 2020.

To be released in IMAX, the upcoming film is being billed as a massive blockbuster action adventure and will star names like BlackKklansman’s John David Washington, Robert Pattinson from Twilight and Elizabeth Debicki of Widows and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 fame.

The film has been described to be a globe-trotting adventure on the lines of North By Nothwest meeting Inception and will see Nolan working with a new editor for the first time since Batman Begins and, this time with Hereditary fame, Jennifer Lame.

Meanwhile, the star of the upcoming film, Robert Pattinson, was queried in a recent interview about his association in Nolan’s film where he went on to state it would be equivalent to the length of three movies combined. He stated, “Working with these important directors makes you feel more secure in the choices you’re making. Like, I’m doing a big movie with Christopher Nolan after this. It’s the craziest thing I’ve seen in years. It’s the length of three movies.”

The excitement doesn’t end there it has been revealed that Robert Pattinson had locked himself in a room to read the script. Apparently, the actor has said, “I got locked in a room to read the script – I don’t have it myself. I’ve been a little wary of doing big movies for years and years, but there’s just something about Chris Nolan’s stuff. He seems like the only director now who can do what is essentially a very personal, independent movie that has huge scale. I read the script and it’s unreal.”

It must be noted the late Heath Ledger too had locked himself in a hotel room and then his apartment for nearly a month in order to prepare as well as develop the special voice for his role as the Joker in the critically acclaimed commercial blockbuster, The Dark Knight, in 2008.
