For Rana Daggubati, Bangalore Naatkal was an opportunity to go real onscreen. “It’s difficult to shake off the after-effects of Baahubali. The sets of Bangalore Naatkal reminded me that I am not a king, I have a love story, I lose my love... it was a very real world that I inhabited. “Incidents of the past — a lost love, a missed opportunity — shape us and make us what we are. I like how the film makes this point,” Rana was quoted saying. The film, which is all set to hit the screens this week, also has Arya, Bobby Simha and Sri Divya in the lead. Directed by Bhaskar, the romantic drama is bankrolled by PVP Cinemas.
