With ‘Superstar’ Rajinikanth announcing his political entry earlier this year, the veteran actor has been busy appointing members into his Rajini Makkal Mandram since then.

One among them was former Lyca Productions Creative Head, Raju Mahalingam, who resigned from his position in the production house after Rajinikanth stepped into the political arena.

That said, rumors started doing the rounds stating Rajinikanth had expelled Raju Mahalingam over misappropriation of Rajini Makkal Mandram funds and that the iconic actor had instructed his office bearers not to have any association with him thereafter.

Furthermore, it was also being said Rajinikanth did not wish to meet Raju Mahalingam anymore from this point on.

Meanwhile, V. M. Sudhakar, Administrator of Rajini Makkal Mandram, issued a statement dismissing the rumors completely and said they were against the existing truth.
