Model turned actress Raiza Wilson has gone on to become a household name across Tamil Nadu after her appearance in the first season of the hit Tamil reality TV show, Bigg Boss, in 2017.
Raiza went on to make her acting debut the same year in the Dhanush, Amala Paul and Kajol starrer, Velaiilla Pattadhari 2, which made fans take notice of her despite being a supporting role.
With subsequent modeling assignments and endorsements coming her way, Raiza landed the lead female role opposite Harish Kalyan last year in the smash hit romantic dramedy musical, Pyaar Prema Kaadhal, under Elan’s direction with chartbuster music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
Now, Raiza Wilson is working alongside G. V. Prakash Kumar, Guru Somasundaram, Yogi Babu among others in the upcoming film, Kadhalikka Yarumillai, being directed by debutante Kamal Prakash in which he will be seen playing an IT employee en route to his native from Bangalore with the plot said to be revolving around the people he encounters during his journey.
Meanwhile, Raiza took part in an interview with Galatta in which she went on to talk about how she began her career, the experience and success of Bigg Boss season 1 as well her upcoming films.
Raiza went on to disclose that her film with GV Prakash, Kadhalikka Yarumillai, was initially going to be titled Mr. Single and the makers chose to not go with it as Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming film too had a similar title revealed to be Mr. Local.
Furthermore, during the ‘Rapid Fire’ segment in the interview, Raiza was asked two celebrities whom she would like to marry in her dreams.
The actress went on to state, “In my dream, I want to marry everybody. Individually, everybody is super. Since Vijay Deverakonda is now acting in Tamil too, I like him a lot. In addition, ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay sir.” You can check out the full interview below:
